Traveling 45 mph crossing east a 3 lane intersection with a green light when another vehicle going south run a red light. Since i had the right of way and my van was at steady speed of 45 mph, i had no time to react to prevent from hitting the incoming car. Seat Belts
Rear seatbelt would not release and became only tighter when we tried to release it. A child almost suffocated because it was so tight around her stomach that she could not breathe. We had to cut the seat belt. Now, we are missing a seat belt and toyota refused to acknowledge that it was a defect and/or replace it.

On 8/2/18, while driving my 2014 toyota sienna van, bought new from a local dealer with appr. 89,000 miles and meticulously maintained for all service, i was driving on a city street when the brakes failed after pumping them three times.
