Just before the vehicle comes to a full stop, there is unintended acceleration and i could see even the rpm(scale) to spike temporarily. This has been happening every time when outside temp is cold and vehicle is driven with cold or slightly above cold engine temperature. Loss of acceleration after braking. Vehicle will cease responding to the accelerator pedal after braking, will continue to go slowly (~20 mph) for 3-5 seconds, then accelaration will resume. Happens at any time in any situation; brakes just have to be tapped to lose acceleration, has been happening since vehicle new.

Also, the vehicle accelerated when the pedal was applied and then it became stuck momentarily.
