I don't have a quality issue. My problem is the headrests that have to meet nhtsa requirements. When i drive my car, the headrests kill my neck! I'm not even under a doctor's care, but i may have to be, if i keep this vehicle as long as i expect to. Please consider revising the headrest requirements. I think there may be an untold number of consumers with neck and spinal problems due to this mandate.

Since we bought the vehicle there has been a shaking and bang noise from the third set row and passager seat in second row and glove box.
