Sunroof glass exploded on me and my kids on mid morning of 5/9/2019. No other damage to vehicle. The temperature was around 85 degrees. The glass is shattered with no way of utilizing the sunroof at this time. The vehicle was stationary at the time of the incident.

This new toyota sienna 2016 was delivered with a defective front windshield with distortion at the center bottom. It causes the road markings to become wavy and distorted, and is dangerously distracting especially at night or in low light situations. Bought the car, new, a little over a month ago. 3 miles on the odometer at the time of purchase. Have driven the car under 800 miles. Car has been covered, in our driveway, since may 20th.
