Bought vehicle new, live in florida with no potholes, etc. the van is extremely hard on tires, first set of michelin primacy mxv4 tires lasted to 26,500 and were shot. replacement michelin premier ltx tires are shot in 20,000 miles. both of these michelin tires were supposed to last 60,000 miles each. never any damage to the vehicle, i am the only driver, but i just spent close to $800 at an alignment shop getting camber kits and shims installed and one new front strut all trying to get the vehicle alignment into factory specs. again, never any damage to the vehicle and all tires wore out relatively evenly, just way too prematurely. first problem in my opinion is that all vehicles should have alignment adjustment ability built in, there should not be need for camber bolt kits and shims for the rear axle. next problem is this excessive tire wear on toyota sienna's is clearly documented all over the internet, so this is not an isolated problem, but a wide spread toyota problem. toyota should resolve this for their customers.
