After we got the recall with the sliding rear doors fixed, the passenger sliding door won't close anymore. It will go so far and then beep and open up again. I feel that it's a major safety issue and it needs to be addressed. After having the car for only 3 years, we shouldn't be having these kinds of problems with it.

We purchased the sienna new off the lot in 2015, and have had to replace the windshield 5 times due to cracks, and it's already cracked again. Sometimes it cracked due to pebbles or rocks hitting it, but other times it just cracked spontaneously. Once it cracked out of nowhere, and another time it was when we sprayed it with low-pressure water.

Stopped at a red light when we heard an explosion, continued to drive when we became aware of noise and what appeared to be rushing wind . We were driving down the road at 65mph on a low traveled highway when there was a loud bang. It was almost as if a gun went off in the van. We pulled off and inspected the van and found out that the sunroof was shattered. The glass was blown outward and no rocks are inside the glass. It is going to cost over 800$ to fix. I am confident that the sunroof exploded.
