Van would reboot while parked or driving. it started with dashboard rebooting then i couldn't start the van. there was a time after driving i put the van in park and turned it off but my van was moving on it's own. i always call the dealership when the rebooting occurs. i was told either it was a software issue or since the problem went away, i should be fine. well recently when my van stalled and had to be towed to the dealership. i was told it was a battery issue and the battery was replaced. when i picked up my van and went home, noticed my rear view camera would not come on went i put the van in reverse. called the dealership to tell them what's going on and the service advisor woman was very rude and stated it was battery and they never checked anything else. i stated to the woman the i've always expressed my concerns about the van rebooting, won't start, or moving on it's own. the woman became very rude and hung up on me. i decided to go right back to the dealership on the way there i called back to speak ...

I have a 2015 toyota sienna se. i am currently at 49092 miles and am purchasing my third set of tires. the tire wear on this vehicle is abnormally high. i have purchased high quality tires (bridgestone 80k warranty, and michelin 60k). first set of factory issued tires were worn down to 3/32-4/32 in 24000 miles, second set was used to 4/32 in 25000 miles. vehicle is driven under normal conditions, both highway and city driving. this is a significant safety issue to me in regards to handing, steering and stopping and it feel it may be attributed to the design of the vehicle itself to include the suspension components, frame setup, and weight of vehicle.

The bluetooth will not stayed paired with the phone. means that driver gets distracted and/or is talking on phone when it disconnects. presents a hazardous and potentially unlawful condition. happens at any time.

After we got the recall with the sliding rear doors fixed, the passenger sliding door won't close anymore. it will go so far and then beep and open up again. i feel that it's a major safety issue and it needs to be addressed. after having the car for only 3 years, we shouldn't be having these kinds of problems with it.
