The occupant sensing system does not recognize that someone (full grown adult) is sitting in the passenger seat. This problem is identical to a previous recall (nhtsa campaign # 13v014000) toyota says they do not have to fix it under the recall. Perhaps the recall does not cover all of the vins impacted.
