We bought a sunshine kids radian xtsl car seat in july 2010. we installed it using a seat belt in our 2010 toyota sienna. the seat seemed fine until we tried installing it with latch this past month. the seat kept coming loose. it would have less than 1" movement at the belt path when we began our trip and by the time we got home, would be much more than 1", probably a couple inches. we thought perhaps it was our son kicking the latch tightener, but this past weekend, we had to use latch with it for our youngest child. she cannot reach the latch tightener at all and the seat kept coming loose again. the seat model is 19556 and wasn't listed in the options when filing this complaint. serial number is [xxx].
