    I was pulling up into my garage driveway, and applied the brake and then without any kind of warning my toyota 2007 sienna started accelerating and i couldn't stop it, even though i was pressing on the brake as hard as i could.     My 2007 toyota sienna has an average mpg readout. I reset the readout when i refill the fuel tank. When i have about 177 miles on the tank, the mpg reading instantaneously drops about .3 or .4 mpg. I reported this problem to the mark miller toyota dealership and they had no interest in it and refused to pursue the issue.     I have a toyota sienna and i have had my foot stuck on the accelerator at least three times causing a surge. A pair of diabetic shoes issued by the va was the cause. They were tennis type shoes with a deep tread. I discarded the shoes in case i had to drive with them on. I was able to pull loose each time and get to the brake. I wonder if the va should be warned.
