    Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota sienna. The contact stated that while using the buckle for the seat belt, the seat belt would lock but failed to release with excessive force. As a result, it became difficult to exit the vehicle. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the failure was undetermined. The technician released the seat belt however, did not replaced the seat belt.…
