The dealer stated that the headlight interior covers needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The headlight interior covers were not replaced. The right side (passenger) headlight went out. Replacement of the light bulb (which was a whopping 190.00) did not solve the problem. Was told that it is a special type of hid light which has a headlamp control module aka ballast aka computer that could be bad. Dealer quoted $600 to fix a headlight. My other repair shop quoted $450. Really toyota? $450-600 to fix a headlight???? Ridiculous. No one should have to pay…

A/c went out april 2012. Blows hot air. According to online forums this happens a lot in sienna's - 2004 to 2006 models. We have 5 children in the vehicle and cannot take them very far even with the windows down or they could possibly get heatstroke. They are sweated wet by the time we get from point a to point b.
