    Unintended high speed acceleration i was accelerating to merge onto the highway and i briefly used the brakes to allow a large truck to go past before merging. I'm not sure if i then put my foot on the accelerator or the brake, but the 2003 toyota sienna began acceleration on its own as though the cruise control had been set at 100 mph and it was trying to get there!
